Excellent customer service. They called to let me know when tech was arriving and followed up with my service which was amazing. We found a squirrel in my toilet that was plugging up my toilet. The tech was very personable. I highly recommend them!

We just moved in to our new house and had a plumbing issue right away. Capps came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day, everyone we spoke to was extremely nice and professional, and the plumbers were on time, explained everything, and got the problem resolved right away. We will certainly call them for any future needs and would recommend them to anyone!

After a year and a half of searching for the right vendor I was recently recommended to Capps Plumbing for an emergency job, and follow-up for the business I work for.. Every single person I worked with (Chris, Patrick, and Anthony) from start to finish was kind, knowledgeable, and overall a pleasure to work with! Most importantly they got the JOB DONE RIGHT! We had been having an ongoing problem of flooding in our kitchen coming from our upstairs neighbor's garbage disposal and dishwasher (yuck!) As this is an ongoing issue that required plumbing maintenance, I have had to call Mr. Capps (the owner) about this problem after hours, on Saturdays and even holidays and he ALWAYS took my call or called me back right away. After receiving little help from our insurance, in helping to cover anything, Mr. Capps interceded for us and did what he could to help. He made me feel like there was someone in MY corner for a change. That, to me, is invaluable and very rare w/businesses today. When Ryan & Tom came out to do the job, Mr. Capps came shortly after to monitor the situation personally. He reassured us and talked us thru the process and what to expect. He made us feel at ease and well informed. Meanwhile, Ryan & Tom cheerfully answered all of my (probably inane) questions as they worked. It is clear to me that, Mr. Capps GOES ABOVE & BEYOND for his customers. He sure did for us and he has earned a customer for life.

Capps plumbing was great! Dispatch and Denny my technician we’re awesome and very accommodating to my needs. The price was fair and they offered recommendations for preventative maintenance for my home’s future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them and give them a 10 out of 10!
