A & J took the time to explain our catch basin and drain system to really help us feel more educated about what we are dealing with. They gave us some ideas that were not even part of their services and also rodded out our drain lines and supplied a video showing them crystal clear. I would recommend them to any homeowner in need of drain or septic service.

BUYER BEWARE - this company doesn't have meters on their trucks. They can tell you they pumped out 1500 gallons but will not be able to provide any proof. They will charge you $250 for pumping out an overflowing tank, and when you question them about the amount pumped, they will tell you that you are too stupid to understand how a septic system works. They will give you a bunch of excuses- ground saturation..collapsed line...backflow problem....blah, blah, blah. Anything but their fault, because they conveniently don't repair septic systems and you have to call someone else for that. After talking to the manager Jeff, I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. Spend your money with a more reputable company.
