Next time I'll check the individual line item charges. $250 to take a toilet off and back on? A charge of $130 for difficult access? He didn't have to crawl under the house. It was a 3/4 bathroom near the back door with the washer/dryer (see short vid). If that's considered an extra charge for access, I'd hate to see what would have been charged to go under the house. It was an easy blockage to remove. $850 seemed a lot for what he had to do, but I needed that end of my house fixed and it's not like I had a lot of options. Your tech was courteous and knowledgeable, so no complaint at all against him. He was done quickly and efficiently and took care with everything. The text messaging was a nice touch, including a photo of the technician so I knew who to expect. I just felt like the charges were a little much. He said he knocked off $90 for the video service so we could see what kind of shape the pipes were in (out to 70' and no surprises).

I had Keith come out to my home and take a look at a few things, and the service was fantastic! I received text message updates when he was scheduled to come out. He constantly was in contact with me about what he found and explained pricing as well. The service overall was great, there was no surprises or hidden fees. He fixed my garbage disposal, slow drains, and a running toilet and now my plumbing is good as new! I would recommend Express to anyone who wants quality work done!

Express Plumbing was awesome today. They took care of my need, even though small, quickly and professionally. April was courteous and kind. Cole was great, professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service all around.

Todd was super fast and efficient! Did an excellent job fixing our bathroom sink. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company and Technician !
