On 7/19/18 I had one of your technicians here to look at my plumbing. I meant to write a review at that time but things just got away from me. Now I have forgotten his name but he was great. Very professional and explained things to me in language I could understand. I hope you will look up that call and give him credit. As long as I am giving out reviews I also had Mark H and Mitch out several times in the last year regarding heating and air conditioning. They too gave me five star service. Thanks for your fine work. Date was 7/16/2019. Would like to add continued satisfaction with this company. Had 2 techs here yesterday. One was here for my whole house plumbing inspection. The other was here to work on an air conditioner that was not operating. Tim, my plumbing inspector was very thorough. He provided me with info about how to deal with certain situations. Mark, air conditioner guy, fixed it within a matter of minutes. Really continue to have very good experience with the company.
My upstairs air is not keeping my upstairs cool enough. When the tech came he checked everything out and was pleasant. However, he could not tell me why my air conditioner is not keeping the upstairs cool enough. Said everything was in working order. The air conditioners are only two years old. Have no idea why! Hopefully it doesn’t happen again. The tech was knowledgeable and did a professional job.
I did not get a copy of the bill. Maintenance tech would not show my wife what was wrong when on site. I was gone at work while repair was completed. He said to call then charged 350 for a supposed wire repair of two wires. Would not recommend to anyone to give them business.
The service rep, Mark, was very personable and helpful when he arrived to look at our Kenmore refrigerator However, there is a big gap in customer helpfulness. TMI should warn callers that their service reps will not repair anything very serious on most refrigerators but will instead, diagnose the problem and recommend you call the brand's repair service. When he arrived, Mark said he figured he already knew the cause of our problem, listened to the symptoms we listed, took a look at the back of the refrigerator and said his business does not attempt the repairs needed. So it cost me $73 to learn what a customer friendly person on the phone could have warned me about. When you call, the rep should ask the brand of your appliance and the nature of the problem. Then they should warn you that if you need more than a diagnosis, they will not be able to help you. Then you can decide if a simple diagnosis is worth $73.
This is a First Class organization. Pleasant to work with and did exactly as they promised. When they said they would be at my house on Friday at 7:30, they were there at 7:30. I am very glad I picked TMI to install my new AC
