Store is overall good! Some areas you can't find help! Giving 5 stars cuz the flooring people here are absolutely great along with the 1800 people that do the quotes and measuring that's who saved the rating!!! They answered all our questions made sure we were happy with everything! They did what they could to save us more money and get the carpet and bad we really wanted and needed for our home!!! So if you have flooring needs for carpet, tile etc etc this is the place to go here in the quad cities
