No, no, no...never call them. Said they would call to install my kitchen faucet. Never called! I called multiple times, voicemail not set up. Never answered phone. Said he would come in the morning. It's 3pm and still nothing.Texted him no response. That sucks, just say if you can't make it. I will be posting this on other social media too. Customers beware.
These guys were great. They were right on time (even a little early), the reception girl was polite and they did a great job at a reasonable price. They fixed my tree root problem, re-routed some piping issues in my basement and got me back on my feet. Great customer service-. I would definitely recommend!
Very determined to fix your problem and so nice to their customers!! He will be the first person I call for any work from now on.
