Bobby Burns Lakeside Plumbing

We had two 50 gal water heaters in our attic which were 11 years old and near the end of their life. We were concerned about having a big leak above our living space, so we chose to install a whole-house tankless water heater in our utility room on the ground floor. Bobby Burns had considerable experience with such systems and recommended a Navien gas unit, one of the best available. Although more expensive than simply replacing our existing tank heaters, we were happy for the peace of mind of no longer having 100 gallons of water over our heads. Bobby was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job installing the new system and removing the old. We will be sure to use him whenever we need a plumber.

Bobby has installed a couple of water heaters over the years and he re-piped my entire house to eliminate the blue pipe He was able to do this without tearing up the slab. I would use him again.

I have used Bobby a couple of times. The work was great and I have had no problems. I'll call him if I have any plumbing issues

Absolutely the worst experience with a plumber! We asked for a email quote to give to our insurance company and Bobby started shouting at us. He hung up on us when we told him we needed the estimate before we could hire him to do the work. After he hung up we called back thinking maybe we were just disconnected by mistake. He answered the phone shouting and angry and hung up again. Be very careful of this "Lakeside Plumbing" and Bobby. I would never allow someone like that into my home.

The above review is not a person I have ever worked for . She is someone that harassed me by phone 8 time's in one day She wanted a quote e-mailed to her right away ,I told her I was in the field and couldn't help her . Once again above person is not and has never been a customer of mine .
