New to the area and ProTech was recommended. Our AC went out and ProTech did a great job fixing it and the technicians were outstanding. would recommend them and will use them again. Called Pro Tech for a plumbing issue. They hit it out of the park again. Outstanding service and the plumber was exceptional. Explained things so I understood them and did the service right.

I am very pleased with the services ProTech of Lake Oconee provide. The service technicians are very knowledgeable & fully explain to me what caused my heating & air problems. I like that they call with a lead time of their expected arrival and I use their yearly maintenance contract that gives me the confidence that I have a company to call in an emergency. I also use their plumbing services too.
