Metro Water Filter

I am writing this review after having my water filtration system for a year now. We have had to occurrences where we needed customer service and BOTH times Jon and his crew returned happily to take care of the problem and make it right at no cost to me. Their main concern is that their customers are happy and they made sure of that. I also receive regular service from Metro and the technicians are always friendly and respectful of my home. I can not recommend this company more highly.

Thank you all so much for helping us with our water system. Jared was great from start to finish and even answered a text over a holiday weekend when we had a question about our system. I feel confident that we will continue to have great customer service with Metro!

Jared was absolutely amazing! He was so great to work with and we are so beyond pleased with our filtration system! We are able to shower, wash clothes and brush our teeth in clean water with no worries! We feel like brand new people! Thank you so much metro water!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Jon and the team at Metro Water. Six months after installing a water softening system at my home, a coupling failed and created an expensive restoration and repair issue in our crawl space. While Metro Water was not at fault in any way, Jon went back to the manufacturer and convinced them to cover my costs fully. It would have been easy to leave me at the mercy of a large insurance deductible, but that’s not the type of company that is Metro Water. Highly recommended for great service and a culture of caring for their customers!
