I had to call a plumber for the kitchen drains at work on Friday. At first I called this company All Pro Plumbing, but I hung up within 3 minutes after calling. I’m happy I went with another company. The secretary that answered the phone has to be the stupidest person I have ever talked to in my life. She must have said the word “okay” 5 million times in two minutes, but she sounded so brain dead that I doubt she understood anything I said. She honestly sounded so confused I thought it was an act. She would be better off seeking out a career as a Walmart greeter. Advice to the owner... this dummy is loosing you business. You could find a smarter person in a special ed class or the special Olympics. This woman and her whole family probably have the collective I.Q. Of a soda can. Actually she probably isn’t married. I don’t think anyone would be able to deal with her stupidity on a daily basis. She sounded hideous as well. Get a new phone lady.
this company and all the plumbers that work there are great, especially Wayne. He is very knowledgeable and charges a fair price. Renee in the office is also very pleasant. Really took care of me.
The woman that answered the phone in the office was the most annoying person I have ever spoken to in my life. I would rather listen to nails on a chalkboard. She had no idea what she was talking about, and the prices she quoted were way off what it actually cost. Will not be calling this company back.
Best company!! The owner and his staff are outstanding! Will also go above and beyond for there customers!!
This company takes the fear out of calling a plumber. I had an issue with my bathroom toilet that bought Wayne to my home in 2014. He removed roots from the toilet that was causing stoppage. Over 2 1/2 years the roots continued to grow and I had to have them come out to see what was wrong. During this visit I found the over flow pipe in the back yard that I hid with pavers years ago. Tim came out and found the pipe that leads to the toilet had a large root in it. He did a thorough job and made sure all of the roots were removed from different routes in the pipe underneath the ground. The cost of both jobs was fairly priced based on the hard work, professionalism, friendliness and peace of mind the Wayne and Tim offered.
