EDS and their staff are awesome to work with! They are very thorough and make sure all details and/or issues you are having get addressed. From the time Eric from sales entered my home, until the technician Anthony left - I felt like I was in great hands! Thank you EDS TEAM for being so great at your job!! Best customer service ever!!

I have used EDS for a few years and every time I call they respond quickly and do a great job. I have my mother and sister using them too and they are both very happy. Very nice office people and repair staff and prices are fair.

Sergio has been servicing our Carrier air unit for many years. He is punctual, thorough, efficient , knowledgeable, neat and polite. I do not know the person who scheduled his visit, other than to say she was polite and accommodated my schedule with Sergio's. Both myself and Wife are very pleased with the service of EDS, and its employees.

I needed a new AC system so of course I got multiple quotes from different installers but I went with EDS because of price, the equipment offered, and professionalism. I'm also surprised and pleased with the installers on the day of installation. They did a really good job and the installation was very clean. I recommend these guys for your AC need.

Carol is very good at scheduling appointments. But our technician put in a part without our authorization. The part wasn’t bad yet and he said he would let us know the price first, but didn’t, and put it in. After $205 later, my husband googled the part and it was priced $50. My husband is in maintenance, so he would’ve been able to do it himself. He called EDS to let them know. He asked if they could credit some of it, but they said they’d call back. Needless to say, no return call. I also work at a place where our techs make money with sales, but they would never do anything like this! We are going to cancel our service if we don’t get some credit and go with another company. The least they could do is return our call!!
