Worst company ever! After contracting with them in May 2018 I gave them a 50% deposit $2,500.00. I was told they were 20 weeks out, meaning Danny’s Septic would start the the Job sometime is September. They did the job almost ONE YEAR LATER ON MAY 02 2019. The permit was never presented to me! The permit expired I had to get a renewal to the permit from Florida Health Department to get a final inspection, $110.00 for that. They damaged my Arrigation Lines and claimed there not responsible. DO NOT TRUST DANNY’S SEPTIC!!! I’ve refused to pay the balance I’ll see them in court.

I have used Danny's Septic Services for many years, and have had nothing less than a five star rating every time. I had an emergency just last week, they came out almost immediately as I was frantic, recognized the problem, fixed it and went on their way. Everyone was polite, understanding, kind, courteous, hard working, explained the issues, went through my options, and went to work immediately to resolve my concerns.... What more can I say!!

Danny's Septic Services was initially called to do a septic pump out; however, upon arrival the tech concluded there was another issue causing the blockage, and the lid needed to be replaced. There were some back and forth between the company and myself as to the reason why there were still issues with the toilets not flushing and the tubs not draining. There were some communication issues; however, those issues were addressed today when I spoke with Maryanne. She was polite, understanding, apologetic, and kind. We spoke about the issues and I now understand that there are probably some other issues that may require a plumber. If I had to base my experience with this company solely on my experience with Maryanne, I would have rated them a 5. However, the company sent their team to remove the debris, all I can say is RUDE!!!!!. The gentleman knocked the door, when I opened the door her said" move your car", so I replied" good morning to you too", apparently he needed to get in the back yard. He argued with me the entire time he was here. Way to go sir you get a -100% on professionalism. I undrestand that we have bad days, but that is no way to speak to someone you've never met. Thank you Maryanne for your help, you are a great addition and an asset to the company.

Have been using Danny's septic for over 12 years for our home and various rental houses. They consistently provide good and fast service. The staff is efficient and friendly. Prudence and Maryann are the best! The truck drivers are polite and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Danny's!
