Able Plumbing

Able Plumbing deserves 7 stars! They are an organized, personable , and knowledgeable. They are a quality team of plumbers that I am always thankful to have working on my remodel projects.

Able Plumbing had been recommended by our Florida home watcher. We needed a new hot water heater and to have a leak in our front lawn between our water meter and our house repaired. Thomas did arrive a bit later than agreed, but he took care of the heater replacement efficiently. He had to dig deep in the lawn to uncover and find and repair the leak, and was mud covered when done, but did the dirty job without complaint. We felt the cost was very fair, and would use and recommend Able to anyone we know.

Probably the slowest people on the planet! I contacted them on Saturday and it took them until Monday after hours to come and tell me they did not have the part necessary to fix the problem. I called them on Wednesday morning (today) to ask what the status of this was and they said they would be coming today after 2 pm. Well, after waiting for 1.5 hour, they called me to say they cannot come because they are at another job. I have been without hot water now for almost a whole week and my patience is gone. I do not have the habit of leaving people bad reviews, but these people went too far!
