I used poo man plumbing again and i was very upset that we were not aware of an extra service took place that was an additional charge. After going back and forth with the technician and Natalia, Natalia was able to show some consideration towards me and my circumstance. The owner of the company was very understanding and I will keep using Poo Man Plumbing for future services. Thank you so much, all of your efforts for keeping customers is so appreciated!

We had PooMan Pumping Service come To our location today. The service person, Jose, was super friendly and professional. This is our first home with a septic tank system and Jose answered all of our questions and gave us helpful advise on system maintenance. The tank service was excellent and we are loyal customers now. Very happy with the quality of service and pricing was competitive. The service staff that answers the phone was also very friendly and handled scheduling efficiently and quickly. This kind of customer service seems to have become so rare these days. Very poor experience with this company. They charge extra for after hour emergencies. I was able to find a company that does not do this. Furthermore, this company came out and provided septic repairs three times in the last year. I am still having issues. The owner "Danny" was also very curt over the phone.

Wish I could give them a 10!They were extremely friendly and very efficient! I called and they came the same day within 2 hours This is truly a godsend to have honest good people that do a great job! I will definitely be using them again! Great job and thank you! ????
