Let me start by saying this is a 5 STAR plumbing company, I get my calls returned, techs are professional, courteous, reasonable and you can tell they want to do their best work. I had pipes cut and fit for two vanities and a custom shower pipe job done by John. A++ Company across all categories. I will be returning for business as I am acquiring more properties.

BEWARE!!! You might get a pretty good estimate, but is it for the job you need done??? Unfortunately, the plumbing "professionals" at this outfit took over six months and six different service stops, over 100 man hours, and MANY invoices to determine the problem causing raw sewage to back up in my house. Ultimately this was fixed in a day (plus one last invoice). Of course, I say fixed, but we'll see in a few weeks, then it's off to the next plumber. DO NOT HIRE!!!

Vincent is a true gentleman among men! I ended up having a freak-leak from my bathtub hot water handle faucet, of all days, on Thanksgiving night. It must've been around 5:00pm or so when I called to ask for help. Although I didn't have a worker come out right then (I was house-sitting and had to go to the airport), Vincent *did* VERY helpfully give me advice on how to handle the issue, including directing me on how to shut off the water main myself so the water line wouldn't be leaking all night and capped until I could get someone out the next day. Thank you for your prompt and wonderful service! If I could, I would give 10 stars.
