Amazing service and attention to detail. Helped me several times with plumbing issues and suggestions for leak detection service. Our house was plumbed incorrectly by previous owners and had a hard time finding a good plumber to fix all our issues! The office staff was extremely nice and helpful also. Just in time saved us!

Our water kept running where our water softener is located and we weren't sure what it was so we wanted to have a plumber come out to take a look at it. We figured while he was here we'd have it also look at our toilet which also kept running, we assumed it would just be replacing the tongue cap or maybe even the water leveler. When he arrived he turned a by-pass value off on our softener and said the softener kept recharging it self and needed to fixed, he said they don't do that. He then looked at the toilet and quoted me $385 to replace the inside of the toilet bowl guts. I said I'd hold off at that price. He then wrote up the bill for switching the bypass value off, whooping $185 just for turning off a valve. I can tell you I will NEVER use them again, they completely took advantage of us with the pricing - $185 for 15 minutes, my lawyer doesn't even charge me that much for 15 minutes of his time. I'd like to respond to the owner response - first of all it was a Saturday the plumber came out, not a Sunday. Secondly at no time did the plumber suggest to try and put the softener on bypass with the exception of when he arrived at our home to do the work. I can assure you had he suggested that on the phone I would have attempted to do that immediately and he would have not needed to come out at all. It is disingenuous to suggest it was a Sunday and that somehow that justifies the exorbitant cost, or that he suggested I put on the bypass with the water softener as options. This only further provides support that your business lacks the character and integrity and people should think very hard before using your services.
Eileen in the office was extremely helpful in getting us same day service. She clearly explained prices and when the plumber came out he was fast and had the water working quickly.
