ABC Plumbing, Air & Heat

We needed a check-up of our AC system, didn't know who to call. After seeing ABC's commercial, we decided to give it a try. The appointment was quick and easy to set up. The day of the appointment, I received a call that the technician was on his way. Guy showed up on time, was friendly, professional and very informative. Guy took his time doing an exceptional inspection and diagnostic evaluation of our system. He explained every detail and left me feeling confidant that we made the right choice by calling ABC. we were happy with our experience and opted for the monthly plan as well. Guy is awesome!

Wanted a food disposal installed. I was advised of a $59.00 charge for responding. When I asked what would the price be. The first price, ready, $4,000, I said WHAT!!. 2nd price was $1,200, I said no way and their final and lowest price was $852.00. I got screwed out of $59.00, but told the plumbers have a good day. I got another plumber and he installed a new food disposal $245.00. No way I would call ABC

And they are finally showing their true colors to the Tampa Bay area. Don't get ripped off. They charge double what everyone else does.

Botched job. Made me think I was getting a deal. Paid 60 dollars. Plumber stayed 3 minutes. Said it was handled. Was indeed "handled" for three days but then went back to what it was before plumber came. Very unprofessional.

Very pleased with the $29 AC tune up. Mark is a friendly and knowledgeable technician, and their dispatcher and customer service staff are very professional as well.
