Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Clearwater

Rich repaired multiple plumbing issues at our house in Sarasota. He came out right away, was very efficient and did a great job for a reasonable price. He also took the time to explain what he did and how to address it if it happens again. We would definitely use him again!

Mr. Rooter was the only company we called on the first plumbing issue of our new house. Richie was quick to get here and thorough in fixing the backup. I fully expected this to be a long and expensive process, but it was anything but. Richie had the block cleared in less than 10 minutes. He also went above and beyond by showing my husband how to fix the water pressure issue which resolved that issue immediately as well. Excellent job, Richie and thank you Mr. Rooter!

This review cannot accurately rate Mr. Rooter's Service Technician, Adam Schmidt. Adam deserves 6 out of 5 stars. Adam explained everything in detail of our plumbing damage so we could easily understand the extent of the repair. He is extremely thorough to the point of perfection. My recommendation is to request Adam for any plumbing job needed that Mr. Rooter offers. I can assure you that you will be extremely pleased with the results and professionalism Adam is skilled to accomplish and provides. We had recently moved into a new house with a septic system in the Clearwater area, and had never previously had a septic tank before. With all the heavy rain we get here, a common problem with septics are that they back up sometimes during consecutive days with heavy rain. I didn't know if that was normal or if something was wrong, so we called Mr. Rooter and had someone come out the next day. John McAffee was the service tech that came out, asked what was going on, took a look at our septic tank and explained how they work, and suggested course of action. He suggested it was probably due to get pumped out soon As a precaution, but it was likely due to the heavy rain we had for a week straight and that after it dries up, the tank should go back down to a normal level. Nothing was done beyond that, but John was nice and professional and took the time to look at it, explain how septics work and put my mind at ease being reassured that what I had experienced was common and had an easy/regular solution.
