Dan was very timely in response to a non-emergency plumbing issue--we set a time and day and his associate Joe came when planned--after determining that he needed a different part he went to the supply store and was back in no time with the fix--price for everything was more than reasonable--would recommend very highly--nice to support small business in my area that deserves it

I found Dan from a google search. I live in MA and have a vacation rental property in Clearwater Beach Florida. One night one of my guest tenants called me about 8 PM telling me that the kitchen faucet was leaking. I went to my computer and googled plumbers Clearwater Beach Florida and Dan's business came up. I called and he actually answered. OMG. Long story short he went to the unit fixed the problem and the rest is history. That was 4 years ago and he is still my number one plumber, (no pun intended). We started to loose hot water in the shower. So I went to Lowe's and asked to get a hot water heater. I showed them pictures of the old hot water heater and the hookups on my phone. We found a whirlpool one. We went over to buy it and I was told that I couldn't buy it. I had to schedule a detail first and that he didn't do that. So I got escorted to someone else. He told us why we couldn't buy it and needed to schedule a detail. I said I understand that. He then went on to say why it wouldn't make sense to sell it to me anyways without the detailing of what I have first and kept telling me why I need the detailing. I said I understand, let's schedule that detail. Oh, he doesn't do that either. Then I got escorted to someone else, an assistant manager. Got the detailing scheduled after going through a very long question process. I was told I would get a call. 2 days later and no call, I ran into Dan. Thank God. I showed him the pictures on my phone. He showed up and fixed it in an hour. So glad I could just get it done. Thanks Dan and Thanks Raimondi Plumbing!

Outstanding service: they paid attention to my white floors and didn't bring in the cart (so it wouldn't leave tracks); they uninstalled and unwired the dishwasher with a minimal fuss and maximum intelligence, they soldered and sawed with expertise, and swept up on their way out. Perfect. Highly recommended.
