As a Real Estate agent on Clearwater Beach, I often asked to recommend service companies to my clients. As a result, any company I refer has to preform with the same work ethic and professionalism I expect from myself. Because of this, my one and only referral when plumbing work is required is Wayne Ritchie, the Owner of Tampa Bay Plumbing. I have had to call Wayne for an emergency for a condo building; a leak that took 6 men with shovels an entire Saturday to repair. (Even though I called Wayne Saturday morning, by 11:00 a.m. he had an entire crew on hand and personally oversaw the job from start to finish.) I have also called Wayne for personal plumbing issues at my home and my rental units. His staff is always on time, friendly and helpful. Finally, as most of my Real Estate clients live out of state, each has come to rely on Wayne and his staff for their honesty and reliability whenever the need arises. Rest assured that my recommendation does not come easy; my name and business reputation is at stake. That said, I can safely say that the only plumber I would recommend is Wayne and his well trained, and carefully selected team of experts.

The first time dealing with Tampa Bay Plumbing was meeting with Daniel to get a quote on doing piping for my business. Daniel was a very easy going guy that was up front and made it nice to business with. Daniel, Frank and Zack have all been great to deal with whenever I have had questions or concerns. Because of the professionalism that they show, we have also used them for our home plumbing.

Daniel came to our home to investigate plumbing issues found on our inspection report. He was quick diagnose the real problems and wasn't hesitant to tell me what didn't need to be done at this time. It was obvious that Daniel was much more interested in lifelong satisfied clients than trying to make a quick buck from an unknowing homeowner. Luke is awesome and very professional. He came in and found the leak almost immediately so not much of my wall was removed. A good reliable company is hard to find but tampa bay plumbing is definitely top notch.
