DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CHECK THE YELP REVIEWS THEY HAVE 2 STARS. They "fixed my ac" about 3 weeks ago and it is already not working again. This seems to be the same issue everyone has with this company. I called them back and they were trying to sell me a new unit. Seems to be what they try to do with everyone.

This company and its staff are all about customer satisfaction. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the entire project from cost to installation, equipment and support. Ron Ward was very helpful and knowledgeable about the new AC/Heat system. Informed me of a manufacturer rebate which saved me $300.00 and a power company rebate which is another $200.00 savings. Marsha at the office followed up on the install and completed all paperwork accurately and on a timely basis. She is always a pleasure to speak with. The installers and tech support - Tim, Jose, Jeff, Randy and Dustin were all polite, courteous and did a fantastic job. All of these people are extremely nice, professional and make sure it's all about the customer. I have been doing business with them for many years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend them. Definitely A 5 star staff and company!!

I am the office manager for a nonprofit in Oviedo. I called Marsha at Gembecki last week regarding one our food pantry freezers not properly working. Marsha promptly scheduled an appointment for one of the technicians, Tim, to come assess the issue within a day's notice. Tim was professional and worked quickly. He also gave us a few tips for prevention of future issues. Working with Gemebcki was seamless and Marsha was extremely kind. She and I had a long conversation about our organizations and I left feeling like I had garnered a new partner for my organization, HOPE Helps, Inc. We will be contacting Gembecki first for all our refrigeration/freezer needs in the future. THANK YOU for your impeccable service.

Great Sales Person -- Great Installers: Ron Ward (sales person) was on time, listened carefully to our concerns and provided a detailed explanation of his recommendation. He thoroughly analyzed our current system and even went into the attic to check the duct work. He was the only sales person to do so. On the date of installation the two person installation team arrived on time and completed the work in one day. The team stayed late (9:45) to ensure that the job was completed and that the new system was explained. We were extremely pleased with Gembecki.

The awesome customer service started as soon as the phone was answered by Marsha, the office manager. She initially tried to trouble shoot over the phone but to no avail, but not due to her lack of knowledge, she knew her stuff. We set a time window for the tech to come out, received phone call letting me know he was on the way and if this would work. He, Jeff, showed up promptly and got directly to work and diagnose my problem, fixed in no time. I also had my tune up done since they here, very efficient job done. I now know who I will call for my future needs when it comes to AC/Heat unit !! So often these days customer service is lacking,, this was not the case today...well done Gembecki Crew !!
