Tender Plumbing Care

Stay away from this company!!! They are rude, and will rip you off. They were called for a water heater leaking. They said it was piping- replaced the pipes- 2 days later the leak was worse!! They then said it’s the water heater. I found them through my home warranty with Home Warranty of America and they completely ripped me off for over $600! The warranty company sent a new good plumber out and it was the water heater and no other pipes were bad!! You have been warned! This company will rip you off and are rude on top of it!!

I don't normally write reviews, but this is so egregiously incompetent that I'm just compelled to. I suppose they did me a favor. I scheduled an appointment for them and, to their credit, the lady working the office was as friendly as you could hope. She earns them the one star. Plumber came by, couldn't figure out parking, and rather than pull over and call, drove around, then decided there wasn't parking. I have a 3 car driveway, if you can't fit because your truck is big, I could move a car or you can park on the street. Behold the attached picture and see the plethora of parking available on the left. Right in front of the house. Taken within seconds of getting off the phone.

My landlord has used this company for the last 3 years I have lived in his house. Tender has been over 3 times and every time was such a pleasant experience. They are able to come quickly and fix the problems quickly. I love how professional they are and my favorite part is we get to support a locally owned family company. I can't speak for pricing as I have never paid, but 5 stars in all other categories!

Came out quickly and finished the job efficiently. We needed a new hot water heater and they had no problems getting the new hot water heater in and installed in no time.

It was my first time using this company and I am impressed. Great communication, timely, and a fair price. Definitely would recommend.
