Call at 6:30 AM Saturday morning with a nasty plumbing problem. They were able to come out at 8:30 AM truly 24/7 service . Todd was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He assessed the situation, provided me his action plan and a written estimate. I agreed and he went to work immediately. Cleaned the mainline inspected The plumbing and operation of all four bathrooms. He was done in approximately an hour and a half and everything was operating as it should. Todd did a great job and it’s obvious that he truly loves his work. Thank you Mr. Rooter.

Your prices are very high for a non-emergency as the plumber charged me $185 for just turning off the water (8/5/19) using the water gauge lever at the backflow of the irrigation system and it took less than a minute. I had a water leak puddle at the backflow. Yes I do appreciate the plumber coming the same day I called for an appointment but this company is mainly for clients that have an emergency. Even the plumber told me this since his costs are very high. If I would have called another plumber, they would have charged half the costs for this same service. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company in the future due to its high costs but they are very knowledgeable in this field so I appreciated the learning experience. Update on 8/8/19: Mr Rooter refunded me $110 and I am very thankful for this and I would like to give the company 4 stars for this but I am unable to update the stars on this review for some reason!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!! I really appreciate your follow-up!!!
