Fantastic! We had a serious problem that needed taken care of as soon as possible. Being new to the area we had no idea who to call. A friend gave us the name of Terry’s Plumbing, said that was the only one that he knew so we called them. They said that they were booked solid until next week but considering our circumstance acted like Macy’s in the Christmas movie and gave me the name of a competitor who she thought could help me. I called Advance and explained our problem to Cathy. Like everyone else her crews were all busy as well but again considering our problem she took my information and had a repairman out the same day. Her professionalism and kindness went well above and beyond what she needed to do and my wife and I cannot recommend Advanced Plumbing enough. Thank you again Cathy and Kirk.
