Ansorge Plumbing

It was a comedy routine. I was going to fix the guest shower that didn't get hot enough. I starting taking apart the fixture and ended up flooded. I had to go shut off the water. I get back into the house and my wife says "I was showering and the water quit". I couldn't fix the problem so I called Ansorge Plumbing at 4:30 pm by 5:15 pm Chris was done. I asked if he would fix what I tried to fix by adding more hot water which he did while putting my shower head back together. After fixing that he checked the shower and asked if the pressure was fine or did I want more pressure. I asked for more pressure which he fixed as well. Great price along with Chris being fast, efficient, polite and a pleasure to be around.

I ended up with a leak under the slab of the house, I had no idea what to even do but a friend recommended these guys to come take a look and they came right away. Even though they had to cut out some tile in the kitchen, they did as little damage as possible leaving clean cut outs of the tile to replace. Not only did I have that leak, but there was another pipe issue in the bathroom which they took care of as well. I really felt like these guys were very trustworthy and do not feel ripped off at all, I highly recommend them for any plumbing problems as they are extremely knowledgeable!

Chris did a phenomenal job and for a great price. Very honest and not a rip off. Do not call Roto Rooter they rape customers on prices. Ansorge got somebody out here asap for our emergency and sent a nice, honest man to do the job. Would definitely recommend Chris with Ansorge.

Although we had excellent service from their technician. We asked them for an estimate on additional work, which we have never received. I called their office 4 times, left several messages to never have them returned. On my final call a gentleman answered and I asked him again for the estimate, he literally said, "It'll be around $800, I think.". I asked if I could get the estimate e-mailed to me so I could see the specifics. He said he would do that....and still nothing! Like I said, it's a shame becaue the technician did great work but the way in which their office is run is seriously hurting their reputation, as I will never call them again for business!!

They were the only plumbing company that answered their phone when I needed them. They were very professional. The price was very reasonable. I would not only use them again but also make sure I refer them to friends and Family.
