Our measurements got messed up for a carpeting quote, and the flooring department went above and beyond to help us fix what was messed up. They spent over an hour to work on fixing the issue, and Elizabeth who helped us was amazingly kind and hilarious while she helped us. I find their staff very helpful. While they made the mistake, they were happy to own up and help us get the appropriate quote.
