JD Service Now

JD Service Now was prompt, polite and professional. Kim answered my phone call, scheduled our appointment, and answered all my questions with excellent customer service. Our serviceman, Greg, was friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was identified quickly and pricing was provided and agreed upon prior to the repair. Greg and his trainee completed the repairs fast and cleaned up after themselves as well. I would recommend this company to all!

These guys sent six plumbers over two days to make sure an unusual problem was correctly identified before doing any work. Peter, Nathan, Adam, Caleb, and David were a pleasure to work with and it could not have been any clearer their interest was in accurately diagnosing my issue and making sure I was not spending money unnecessarily. In the process they saved me thousands of dollars I thought I was going to have to spend. That type of integrity is rare. Highly recommend.

We had JD Service Now replace our old broken air conditioner. Throughout the process they were very communicative and transparent with us. Before the appointment we received a call letting us know that someone else had cancelled and there was an opening for them to install a day earlier. We appreciated the opportunity to move up our appointment. During the installation Mitch and Carlos uncovered some electrical and piping issues. They worked diligently to repair the issues (along with their electrician) and kept us updated throughout. At the end of the installation, Mitch walked us through how to use our new thermostat. Even though they were there from 7:30 am through 6:00 pm, the team worked diligently and were in positive spirits the entire time. We feel like they have proven themselves to be trustworthy and dependable. We will definitely be using this company for our AC inspections and tune ups as needed.

The guy I booked my appointment through was extremely helpful. I got multiple calls through the day to let me know of realistic time lines for their arrival so I could go about my day for minimal personal time commitment. Adam and Caleb were fantastic when they arrived. 5 stars!

I called JD to take a look at our water heater they installed a few years back. Greg came out and fixed a few issues we had under JD’s 5-year craftsmanship warranty for no cost to us. They also installed a few other items we requested at a great price. I really appreciate Greg for coming out and fixing everything literally right on the spot, which I was not expecting at all! He helped us out tremendously all around.
