Progressive Service Company

There crew has a project supervisor named Lewis he is a very disrespectful person. my wife asked some questions about the repairs and he got very disrespectful about it. When people are paying there hard earned money naturally they will ask questions

We had to find a plumber ASAP and Progressive stepped up. They sent out Tim who was awesome. He was prompt, extremely courteous, and explained everything every step of the way. The job ended up being much more complicated than previously anticipated but he never got annoyed and was patient with my questions. Very pleased with his work and will be requesting him for our future plumbing needs! Thanks Progressive for coming through!

Extremely poor customer service.

Called them out for an estimate on a water leak under the house. They came out told us the water tank was leaking and it would cost $1500.00 to fix. They replaced the water tank, even though upon inspection after the replacement tank was in and had a good look at the old tank, it was actually the pipe into the tank that had rusted out. Buy the time it was all said and done, I was charged $1950.00 with the explanation of all the "miscellaneous" items they had to install to get it to work. NOT happy, don't use them, they're crooks! Of course, they won't count this in the reviews or let it post!

We recently bought a new dishwasher that was juuuust a few millimeters too big for the space. Harris was so patient and helpful, worked with my fiance to brainstorm and remove some external bolts etc., and stayed late to install it successfully!
