Jason Krivickas review about company Burr Oak Plumbing

Though I haven't yet had to actually hire Peter for any work to be done in my home, I had a very positive experience with him that I believe warrants a review. I had been dealing with a minor leak coming from my kitchen faucet since moving into our new home a few weeks ago. I called Peter (on a recommendation from a friend who has used him), and he ended up spending over 20 minutes on the phone with me walking me thru some possible fixes. As it turns out, a simple replacement of the aerator (which was less than $10 and 2 minutes of work) seems to have resolved the issue. Rather than coming out and charging me a service fee (as I believe MOST plumbers would do), he actually took the time on the phone to speak with me, and ultimately saved me both time and money. The next time I am in need of a plumber, I will definitely be reaching out to Peter and Burr Oak Plumbing, as he has earned my business.
