Our water heater went out the NIGHT BEFORE Thanksgiving and after leaving messages at a couple 'big' plumbing/home supply companies, I called Burr Oak Plumbing. Peter not only answered my call ON THANKSGIVING DAY, but he spent time to answer all of my questions and made arrangements to come the next day. He arranged for and delivered and installed two new heaters and re-piped a better solution to use the heaters moving forward. Peter is very experienced and knowledgeable and did excellent work at a fair price.
