I ordered a shower online and had it shipped to the store. The box was damaged when I got to the store and no one helped me to load it. Then when I got home and opened it, the door was smashed and there was a puncture in the shelving piece and there was TAPE covering the puncture where someone clearly tried to fix it with TAPE! Then i order replacement parts - when i call back a few days later to get an estimate on how long they will take and i give my reference number the lady tells me there is nothing she can tell me because they don't talk to the manufacturer - THEN i call back 10 business days later when my parts are supposed to be here and the lady tells me "oh well nothing has been done - because we needed more information" ----- WELL HELLO why didnt i get a call about that. I am just so frustrated and upset with home depot as a whole. This is just poor customer service and its absolutely ridiculous that my reference number did not get sent in. I will not be back to Home Depot. If i could give it ZERO stars I would.
