In response to the negative review. We go out of our way to please our clients on every job. This particular job was the only one where a client was not completely satisfied. Our Contract with the owner did specifically state the following:" Exclusions: Re-grassing, Landscaping, Irrigation and Sprinklers" . The sprinkler repairs were estimated and not a formal quote. The actual repairs performed were much higher than the actual cost charged to the owner and they were not included in the original $28,915 Septic System Installation that was installed.
