Wow! After waiting all day to hear back from 2 other companies, I made a desperate phone call at 4:30 pm on a Friday to K-Line. When I got the voicemail I decided not to leave a message; I assumed I would have to wait until Monday to have someone fix the broken pipe under my kitchen sink. Imagine my surprise when Robert from K-Line called me back to apologize for missing my call! I explained my situation and he offered to come first thing Saturday morning. Promptly at 9am he rang our doorbell- he looked over the problem, made a parts run and returned (as promised) to fix the problem. I appreciate K-Line's prompt and professional service- even on the weekend. Thank you! You will have my business again!
