This is Robert at K-Line Plumbing. In my defense I am responding to the post by Mr. George McNeil. I never committed to any service call at his house. He has made a claim about me because I refused service to his house. He has taken this personally and went below the belt. I am a professional who serves high-end residential houses for the home owners. I am a business man who needs to protect himself. I police myself and reserve the right to refuse service to the wrong people. I am interested in succeeding in over 30 years of service and repairs for homeowners.
