We started off with a small project and they did such a great job, that we have now used them several times. They repaired a leak under our deck, replaced our front door, updated our kitchen and designed us a new feature wall and fireplace. Quality craftsmanship and trustworthy people. I highly recommend hiring them.

I found Darius to be curt. I made multiple outreach attempts and each time he exhibited the same attitude (it seems as if inquiring about a quote was bothersome). Today, my interaction consisted of phrases such as "yeah..we are busy", hesitancy when I told him my location, generally speaking, not friendly. I made multiple attempts because I thought that I must be missing something -his reviews are awesome. However, honestly speaking, I found all interactions to be unprofessional and again unfriendly. Perhaps it was just my luck.. Future potential clients may have better luck. Again, I understand businesses become busy and cannot always provide services requested. However, the way the message is delivered makes the difference and is a reflection of the company.
