Do not use this company. We have set up three different appointment times and each time no one showed up. They tell you owe your first on the list, 4 hours later nothing not, even a call. The only thing they're fast at is taking your money.
Do not keep appointments after 4 hour window . Happened twice! Don't know why Home Depot is working with this company. Called an they just wanted reschedule again! Did nothing to resolve the issue . Would give it zero stars!
Appt was set for 8am-11am window and I called them to confirm, well they never showed and later started to call at 1pm stating they never heard from me. Terrible service.
I didn't want to give them any 'stars' because they never showed up (but I'm forced to at least give them one star). We had an appointment between 8-12 and received a call after 11:15 that the tech was running late and it would be 'early' afternoon. It is now almost 3:30 and no call/no show. I called the phone number they used when they called me and I got a voice mail for an individual. At this point, if there was anything wrong with our AC system, we could never trust them to get back with us to install or repair if needed. We refuse to do business with unreliable people. We cancelled our appointment. There are plenty of other companies out there that know how to service people in a timely manner.
The worst experience I ever had in Florida. Lost my Air Conditioning in Feb 2019 and called ARS Rescue Rooter. Serviceman came out to my home and said he found a problem with my COMPRESSOR. So he went outside and came in and said he took care of it, charged me $619.98, and I paid by Debit. 3 hours later, I lost my Air Conditioning again and there was a burning smell now. I called a new business and they came out. They found the Compressor was burning and had to be replaced. He advised me that whoever fixed it was a rookie and never should have handled it the way he did. So, he fixed it(took 2 days) and I paid $1,600.00 for that work. Tried to get my money back from ARS - made several calls and sent several e-mails to Evelyn Meekosh at ARS and she just blew me off. Don't waste your time with a business that does not stand behind their own work. The are terrible!!1
