They came out, supposedly cleaned the AC coils, and replaced the blower motor in my AC unit in January. It didn't get really cool in the apartment but initially worked well enough. Within two months it wasn't working at all. At which point they said I needed an entirely new unit that would cost almost $5,000. Then charged me again for a service visit. Why not tell me I needed a new unit the first time. Also, the AC repair company I used said the coils were never cleaned. I'm definitely not a fan of this company. They're not the worst I've ever seen but they're certainly not good either. Jeff Burch
