Didn’t pass inspection and they didn’t want to follow through with the city inspector. I had to make the phone calls and even called to the electrician that recommended them. Lost two days of our vacation waiting to pass inspection. Also very pricey-we we’re overcharged for the service provided! We asked twice for a credit for our inconvenience to no avail.

Ask friends and family for a plumber reference. Don’t take a chance and get scammed. Hire someone with integrity and the work ethic to finish the job correctly. Paid this company on two occasions for the same problem. Went with a different plumber that resolved the issue and then gave me a warranty for their work!

If I could give 0 stars I would...$300.00 to cap off water service to a laundry room, one PVC cap. I was expecting about $125 - $150, I know there is overhead to running a business but come on. For a point of reference Gill charged me $250.00 to replace an entire toilet. My mistake stick to companies who are fair to their customers.

Mrs. Gibbons. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your service. I am aware that we came to your residence twice for the same issue. You had a sewage stoppage and both times we cleared the issue. As stated clearly on the invoice we do not warranty stoppages because of the items that we recovered and those items should not be disposed of down the drain line. On both occasions we removed foreign debris from your lines. You are entitled to your opinion but please make sure the facts are also presented. Thanks Denny's Plumbing Inc.
