I want to start by first thinking Genmor for coming out and fixing the main line leak we had no other plumber would touch this job but they were able to do it on a Saturday at 5am to ensure a five-star restaurant was going to be able to open by 11am on Saturday morning. The receptionist was great and was able to get someone out to me when 10 other plumbing companies would not on a Friday evening. They came out and did a diagnosis and arrived early the following morning to get the job done, quality is top-notch and probably the best plumbing I've seen.. I would hire them in a heartbeat and if you need them to get you out of a sticky situation they are the people to do!

I had a somewhat unique leak detection issue. I am on the HOA for my condo complex and one of our buildings in a shared water line which likely has pipe leak somewhere. I explained this to their customer service when I made the appointment. When their tech arrived, he told me he couldn't help me because it was a shared water line. He also had trouble understanding that I was not calling about the building I lived in, I needed help with the meter for a different building. I took off work this afternoon to meet them at the complex. It ended up being a waste of my time. The company called me after I wrote this review. For what it is worth, the tech was friendly and the customer service was helpful. I am sure they are good in most cases, I just had a bad experience.

5 stars for Genmor Plumbing! Called Friday afternoon and the owner, Genaro, came Saturday morning. Very professional, curtious, on time, detailed, organized, put booties over his shoes while inside and dressed well. Took great care in my home finding the gas leak. Inspected all gas appliances & function. Efficiently repaired the leak (fixed the problem better than it was originally installed.) He said to call if there was any other concerns I had. I would highly recommended Mr. Genaro and his company Genmor Plumbing ☆☆☆☆☆

We had a bad office backup. It was right before x-mass and most plumbing companies were off and not taking calls. We found Genmor Plumbing and they came out right away, we cant say thank you enough!
