Scott and Jess did a great job fixing the water leak at my Laveen rental house. I had started to fix the leak myself and managed to stop the leak temporarily but the leak was in such a tight spot that I figured I'd leave it to the professionals. There was just no room to cut the copper pipe properly and get it back together. And these guys were professional. After jackhammering up some of the concrete, Scott somehow managed to get the pipe cut to remove the bad section of pipe and replace it with new copper pipe. Scott preferred to do it the right way with sweat fittings instead of SharkBite fittings like I probably would have used. They were timely, hard-working, professional and clean. I was also impressed to learn as they were finishing up that Scott's assistant Jess is the boss's kid. In my experience usually the boss's kid is worthless but Jess worked just as hard in the trenches and did everything he was told without argument. I was really impressed with both these guys and their positive attitude on a really tough repair. I would recommend them and Par Diversified to anyone.
