I am very happy about the istallation of my new coal fire. Andy your a star a very clean worker you didn't stop till the job was done 8pm you left. Thankyou once again totally recommended.
Andy refuses to refund £70 he owes me after I paid him twice by mistake for a sweep in September - he measured out stove for new glass at the time and said he would use the money for that - he has failed to deliver the correct glass WHICH HE MEASURED OUR STOVE FOR - he also claims he swept the chimney in November not September and had to chase me for the money - the guy is deluded and rude - check out his Google review - He swept my chimney on 4 September and I paid him the same day, twice - the bloke is a liar. Shame as he does seem to do a decent job of fitting new stoves but his after care is awful and I hate liars.
Used Premier Stoves to fit our granite fireplace which took a long time to arrive and when it was eventually fitted he over cut on one of the corners, we didn't notice this until we washed it down a couple of days after fitting. We rang and asked him to return to rectify his mistake and we are still waiting 6 months down the line. Think it's probably the last we have seen of Premier. Would not recommend.
