James and his team were fantastic when they came and fitted our new boiler. They were on time and work hard throughout the 3 days.. They were all so very helpful and approachable. We also had a sink fitted and new radiator which was done within the days of fitting the boiler, this just goes to show how well they all cracked on to get the job done. After completion James checked in the ensure all was working well and we were happy with it. He ensured everything was sorted with the warranty as well as getting the certificates. We had a problem with our boiler Thermostat November 2019. Tried lots of different plumbers, James Broadbent Plumbing and Heating was quick to reply and had an engineer out the same day who sorted the thermostat and also serviced our boiler at the same time. James and his team , work to a high stand . Over the years they have fitted boilers , radiators , bathrooms Sorted leaking pipes and gas certificates for rented properties belonging to my parents. Because James is trustworthy reliable and fits in with the customer. James and his team are 5 stars .
