From the moment they arrived on our property the quality team exceeded our expectations. Within 24 hours of getting the green light from the insurance company heat was restored back in our home. Terry of Quality Heating & Cooling did a great job with our boiler issues. He was courteous, prompt, and reliable. It was the dead of winter and we had a serious issue with our boiler that made our entire house uncomfortable for my family. He came to us within the hour. Terry has shown the difference between a plumber and a true HVAC Mechanic. We asked him to install two new furnaces that continually broke down in a 4 family apartment. He didn't only beat competitors prices, but he explained why they kept failing and installed efficient units. On top of that he will service the lousy furnaces that still exist in any building.
