I bought a house in which the floor drain was closed and no longer allowing the water to drain. I called several plumbing companies, all of whom did not return my call. I found All Drains and they had good reviews so I decided to call them. I am so glad I did. I cannot say enough good things about All Drains. First of all, I love the fact that they actually return phone calls. I called the office to schedule an appointment to fix my floor drain. Tawna (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) returned my call and I was able to schedule the appointment. Luke is the person that came out and fixed my floor drain. He kept us updated with the progress and any questions that we asked he gladly answered. He never seemed to be bothered by any of the plumbing questions we asked. Luke also cleaned up the area very well. All Drains provides exceptional customer service and they do great work! Not to mention they are reasonable priced.

I think I may have been over charged but all in all it was a learning experience! The man on the job was still quick, friendly and very professional! Would highly recommend!
