Peter arrived very quickly late on a Friday evening and easily identified a temporary fix for our issue, before returning the next morning to complete the job . Great service at a very reasonable price. Would recommend.
I have been using hatcherlines for over 10 years, as a landlord and local resident I have found Peter to be a honest, truthful and a trustworthy person. No matter how big or small the problem, Peter will attend and diagnose the emergency, he always comes up with a solution, plenty of Plan A's, B's and C's. The team is very quick and attentive, tidy and respectful, and generally very polite. His prices are very fair and I would recommend him very highly!!! PLEASE BE WARNED THOUGH, HE DOES LOVE A CUPPA!!!!! :-)
Peter has worked me for 40 years and has been exemplary in the quality of his work. Whenever I call him he responds almost immediately. He has amazing ability to solve problems and make things work. In particular I had a problem with my central heating. It was an electrical problem in the boiler. He found the fault and did the repairs within one day. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Called this company to fix a thermostat not working issue with a new under floor heating system. While son the phone i asked Peter if he was able to fix this kind of issue, to which he replied he fixes these all the time and its probably a wiring fault left by the installer. I called him out at £85 per hour....He arrived late and was full of friendly chatter and banter. he first asked for the manual to the boiler and the underfloor heating system (an alarm bell should have sounded!!!) He went on to fiddle with the wiring at the boiler with is electrical screw driver and scratching his head ALOT. finally an hour later he blew the fuse to the boiler, he went on to change this and I also discovered he has short circuited the thermostat which was now completely dead. I asked him what had happened to which he replied "the wiring to the thermostat was not correctly done and that's why is short circuited" I told him to leave!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY A CHAP CALLED PETER. HE IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND WILL LEAVE YO WITH A BIGGER PROBLEM THAN YOU INITIALLY HAD. YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED
