I can highly recommend the workmanship of R&S Plumbing. Honest, reliable and tidy. What more does anyone need from a plumber? Oh knowledge, in abundance. What Steve doesn’t know, isn’t worth knowing. A company with a moral compass is a rare find these days, and no job is too small, from flicking a switch on my boiler (!) to installing a bathroom. Thank you.

Steve and his men did a wonderful job converting a bathtub into a lovely shower. The tiling looks fabulous and we are really thrilled to have a great working shower, exactly the way we wanted it. Sincere thanks to all for a job well done.

Engineer was friendly, went the extra mile, and stayed to get the job done. A very good service all round.

Called R&S Plumbing out to fix a blocked Saniflow toilet and repair some leaking taps. A very junior plumber visited three days later. Spent an hour at the house. Tried to plunge the toilet but wasn't prepared to investigate the Saniflow any further. Couldn't fix any of the leaking taps. I heard nothing for two more days then called the company. They said that needed to speak to the plumber and would call me back. I haven't heard back since. Can't emphasized enought how poor this service was. Just wasted a week of my time.

This nicest thing about the company is they are just so helpful and not in a rush to charge. For example - I woke a few weeks ago to little water in the showers. I dropped Sue an email panicking the pumps were broken. The advice I got back was it’s probably the fuse - go and check before we come out. After finding the pumps and fuse - she was correct. Problem solved - now how many companies would offer free of charge help! Thanks so much for your support. Matt & Michelle
