Very friendly, honest and helpful. I called Peter out as had a new house built and needed some help as the heating was all over the place. Instead of just coming over and charging an arm and a leg, Peter’s team gave an honest opinion and wrote down a list of things to get fixed and suggested I take it up with the original plumber who should rectify this. Normally people would have just charged me, refreshing to see there’s honest tradesman out there. I would us them again without a doubt, life old saying, you get what you pay for!

Great, engineer arrived early, was helpful and although could not immediately fix the problem, advised me on the best course of action. Would recommend.

Absolutely outstanding service! The plumber was on time, polite, efficient & he came prepared. The office allowed me to send a video of the problem in advance and the plumber had the right part with him. I highly recommend this company to everyone especially as the price quoted on the phone was exactly what I was charged. I'm totally astonished by the customer service and professionalism of this company. Superb service. I would defiantly use them again if needed.

Great guys. Very professional. Used the team for a boiler service and to check my underfloor heating. The underfloor could not be fixed and a quick check was done (no charge made given the situation).

Away from this company. To fix a radiator the quotation given £385+vat for 1.5 hours. Same duration has taken by other plumber just for £65+vat . Very greedy this company.. Stay away..
