They offered friendly, proactive suggestions and expert advice, and the work was carried out and tested to the highest standard. I do not have any hesitation to recommend Village Heating Ltd as a highly professional establishment paying more attention to customers satisfaction compared with their competitors. Immediately after I booked the appointment they emailed me with a receipt of my payment together with the appointment time and date, not just anytime AM or PM. They give me the facility to confirm the appointment and automatically enter it on my online calendar. The engineer turned up promptly and did a through job. I received an email with the job report attachment immediately. Such a high quality of service I had not experienced anywhere else before.

I have used VHL a few times now for various plumbing issues - this week I chose them to fit a new shower for me. Excellent customers service, helpful staff. Engineer was punctual, efficient and very friendly. Recommended a great model for my needs and was so tidy and clean when he carried out the work. I phoned VHL this morning with no hot water or heating. They promptly made an appointment for me today. The engineer arrived in excellent time. Matt was friendly and courteous. He carefully explained what the problem was and the steps he was taking to have the spare parts installed. The system is working at the moment and will be permanently repaired with the new parts on Monday. This has left me confident and satisfied with the service I have received. Big Thank you.
