An absolute bunch of cowboys. I would leave NO stars but unfortunately it only gives me the option to leave a star one star more they deserve. Where do I start .. I called these guys out to fix my gas boiler and they said they would be out the following day. The guy came out on time and said he did not fix that type of gas boiler. But on the phone he asked me the make and said it's a standard boiler that could be fixed. My husband is 72 years old and felt very intimidated by the plumber when he still demanded a call out fee of €90 for nothing not even a repair and they say no call out charge on their website. Basically he was only there for two minutes and this is a lot of money for old age pensioners to pay out. I believe in giving credit for a job well done but when it comes to cowboys like these everyone should be very aware.
I used Dublin Plumbing Services this Christmas. They were very punctual, friendly and trustworthy. The price was good and the work was good too. I'd happily recommend using them!
Work well done came when he said he would not expensive .
