Rattlesnake Drain Cleaning

Called Rattlesnake late at night due to a drain backup. Heard from them early in the morning and 2 hours later they were here. Emily was great. They fixed the problem and mobbed up the mess. I trusted these guys which is a rarity in the service industry. Thanks so much for the help. We will be using Rattlesnake for any future needs (hope not to have any:) for our home and rental properties. Good job, good service and reasonable.

Sheldon performed many jobs for me for many years and used to be good and stand behind his work. The one star is because of a sewer line he replaced for me a number of years ago. The line was problematic because of a belly in the line that held water. When it got cold enough, the belly would freeze up and would need to be heat jetted to open it back up. Unfortunately after paying Sheldon over $5000 to replace it, he replaced it, but the new line had the same problem as the old one ---another belly which continues to freeze up. The first winter after replacing the line when it froze up, Sheldon assured me he would replace the line again the next summer and meanwhile he would keep thawing the line when it froze up. He thawed that line all winter but never replaced it next summer. For the following 2 or 3 years he still opened it up when it froze, but still he never replaced it as he said he would. Well, it was a cold winter this year and it froze up again and now he refuses to do anything without a charge. And not just a little charge either - He quoted me $550 / hour for the first hour to thaw it out. Needless to say, he's lost a long time customer. I used to recommend Sheldon all the time. No more.

Sheldon and his daughter came and did an amazing job on my grandmother's house. She has been using rattlesnake for years and they are always honest and go above and beyond when they do a job. Would recommend to everyone I know.

Sheldon has always been professional, fast, and fair. He has done great work for us every time we have called - he is busy because he is a good plumber, but he makes time for good/nice customers.
